Yes, you will receive a lotsofhotels Confirmation & Tax Invoice email once the booking is completed.
- Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?
In most instances, the hotel will have your reservation details. However, in some cases the hotel provider will not release the name list until 7 or 14 days prior to check in.

- Is my booking guaranteed?
Your reservation is guaranteed as per the terms and conditions of the hotel that you accepted at the time of booking.
- Can I make bookings and pay the hotel directly?
In most cases, payment is made in advance.
However, some hotels will charge a deposit and the balance paid direct at the hotel.

- Can you source different room rates that are not mentioned on your website?
Our website will only display rooms that are available to purchase online.

A double room will be a double or queen size bed.
